We are Don and Amanda and we have 5 beautiful and wonderful children. Yes, 5. As you can imagine family life combined with work can get quite hectic. Therefore we believe in date night. So much so that we have done date night every Thursday night for the past 7 years. There have been a few exceptions. Lockdowns meant waiting for the kids to go to bed and doing date night in the lounge. We love it and we live for it. So we decided that we want to share our experiences. Amanda always takes the most amazing photographs and I have decided to try my hand at writing a brief story about the evening in particular. It is all about doing what we enjoy and having fun.
